Print on Demand for a Better Environment: At Audio Inked, we're committed to sustainability. That's why all our wall art is printed on demand through our fulfillment partner, Printful. This approach minimises waste and reduces our environmental footprint, as we only produce what is needed.

 

Shipping Service: We use Royal Mail for shipping.

 

Shipping Regions: Currently, we only ship within the UK. International shipping will be offered in the future.

 

Processing Times: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 days.

 

Shipping Times: Within the UK, shipping typically takes 48 hours.

 

Shipping Costs: We offer a flat shipping rate of £4.39. Orders over £60 are eligible for free delivery.

 

Tracking and Delivery: Customers receive a notification with a tracking number when their order is shipped.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes.

 

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments: In case of lost orders, we will reach out to the delivery company to resolve the issue.

 

Packaging: Products are delivered in robust triangular cardboard containers.
